The multipulse laser is designed for a high time resolution Thomson scattering diagnostics of magnetically confined plasma. The laser has unique features: it generates a series of 8 laser pulses with any temporal intervals between pulses in series and with a highest pulse's repetition rate of 1000 Hz and maximal laser pulse energy of 30 J. |
